Episode 7. Rishikesh
In this episode we return with chef Daniel Peach to his old stomping grounds in the spiritual town of Rishikesh, where he cut his teeth working for months in a famous sweet shop.
Episode 8. Mussoorie
A day in the misty "hill station" of Mussoorie - famous for its cool climate in the foothills of the Himalayas, and host to one of our top destinations of the trip - “Kalsang” - a “Desi-Chinese" restaurant.
Episode 9. Amritsar
Heart of the Sikh religion, we visit the golden temple and enjoy some of their "prasad," which they serve 24 hours a day with a literal army of volunteers - feeding whoever walks in their doors.
Episode 10. Jaipur
The last destination of the trip. A city of palaces and royal cuisine. We experience the largest thali (mixed plate of Indian food) we've ever laid eyes on, and take in the royal history.
